  • Fascia
    The fascia board is a long board at the bottom edge of the roof. It attaches to the roof trusses and supports the lower edge of the roof tiles while holding the gutters. During heavy rain, it must handle a large amount of water.

    Bargeboard
    The bargeboard is located on the gable end of a house. Its condition greatly affects the house’s appearance, and it has developed into various attractive styles over time.

    Soffit
    The soffit board is hidden under the fascia and is often visible from the street. It can have vents for air circulation in the roof space, or ventilation can be placed above the fascia. Proper ventilation is important to prevent condensation and wood decay.

    Box End
    The Box End is where the fascia, soffit, and bargeboard meet at the corners of the house. This area showcases a combination of different angles and heights.

  • We clean all gutters by hand and not using a SkyVacs whicha system designed for cleaning gutters and high surfaces without ladders. It uses a vacuum to remove debris while you stay. We believe the skyvac system will cause damage to the gutter with movement.

  • We clean roofs by hand using a scraper instead of a jetwash, which can damage tiles and create cracks in winter. After cleaning, we apply a biocide treatment to prevent moss growth. Moss can block gutters, leading to rotting of fascias and soffits, and damp or mould inside. We can also repair and maintain any part of your roof, including broken tiles or a loose ridge line.

  • If you currently have wet cement Verge, valleys, hips, ridges we can change these to a dry system which will have a longer life expectancy rather than cement which will perish.
